LANDSCAPE CONSULTATION CONTRACT

Landscape Consultation is with Jessica Bloom, certified ISA Arborist & Certified Professional Horticulturalist. This service is provided at a rate of $185 per hour, with a 2- hour minimum, which includes travel time one way to the property. This fee also covers preparation time for presentations/speaking engagements.

This Service Includes:
- Time discussing various problem areas or projects, tree diagnostics, and anything related to landscape design, construction or maintenance.
- Free estimates relating to projects discussed as long as the scope is discussed.
This Service does not include:
- Drawings, sketches or reports. These can be provided at a different rate of $265/per hour (4hr minimum)

- Diagnostics for tree disease/problems beyond visual inspection. We do not take samples or climb (eg. Core drilling, soil, root, etc)

NW BLOOM CONSULTATION & DESIGN SURVEY
Please answer the following questions to the best of your ability so that our designer comes to your site as completely prepared as possible. This survey is to get you thinking about what it is that you desire from your landscape and any needs that might be present. This are our way of getting to know you as well as a way of getting you to think about your own ideas and expectations. It’s important that you consider everything and involve everyone who makes decisions (including children) as you are the ones that will be living and experiencing all that your landscape has to offer. The surveys are used for all of our clients and so not all the questions may apply to you, as such just answer the ones you feel are applicable. When you finish the surveys please mail or email or mail them back to us. This is an important process, please take as much time as you need, and remember this should be fun, so embrace your imagination and enjoy the process!
