Please be prepared by having a list of questions, and be prepared to take notes. The online form is to be submitted and signed before scheduling the appointment. Once we receive these documents we will send a link to a calendar to select a time to meet.

Generally, the wait time can be anywhere from 3-6 weeks for scheduling, so if you have any pressing issues or deadlines the sooner you return the document the sooner we can get going!
